What drives me? The biggest challenge for any organisation: 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. After more than 15 years of project experience in the implementation or change of technical systems and organisational structures or the emergency response to the unforeseen, I am at home where movement happens in companies and things get tricky.The focus is usually on one question: How do we create change and at the same time reliability, safety and resilience for the structures and systems we really depend on? The answer is never in the processes, technology, cyberspace or physical sphere alone - it is always a combination.My focus is on working with those organisations that operate in unpredictable and challenging situations on a daily basis, for example hospitals and other 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 and 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 that have to operate in a complex and dynamic environment.How do you keep your finger on the pulse in such a thematic field?
