These two positions run as a continuation of my Axis Security employment, having TUPE'd over from Axis Security Ltd to Bidvest Noonan Security UK.We as a team deliver operationally the more conventional security operations combined with alarm monitoring, building management, visitor management, and access control considerations.My role now includes supporting my Team Supervisor with rostering, man-management, Training & Coaching and other associated tasks.

I was employed in Swindon at a Royal Mail depot. I acted as shift leader on a regular basis as well as monitoring the site by cctv, and controlling safe and authorised access to site. This involved sometimes challenging people who did not have authorisation to be on site. Issue visitor passes. check car parking and staff passes. Act as first point of contact for fire alarm activations and implement site evacuation procedures. Log jobs with facilities helpdesk and liaise with engineering department on a daily basis

Employed as an SIA Security Officer for Securitas Security Services in Cheltenham Gloucester at the University of Gloucestershire, FCH Campus (from October 2011 to September 2012). Responsible for site patrols, authorised car parking, clear fire exits. Act as mobile response for alarm activations, noise complaints, student disorder and emergencies. Lock down and un-lock of site, setting alarms/de-alarming and controlled issue of keys. Provide high levels of customer service to university staff, visitors and contractors and to liaise with university facilities departments.
