• Managed monitoring of the scale-up of Mada health district community-based surveillance system, from 87 community health workers to over 107 community health workers, 11 health facilities and 03 health promoters.• Lead the weekly reporting of community health data from data collection, to analysis and reporting• Ensured the quality control and quality assurance of routine health data• Enhanced tools for detecting early detection of outbreaks• Teamed with other stakeholders to control of 03 vaccines preventable diseases outbreaks in Mada health district• Produce Monthly and Yearly analysis of the Data collected• Training and development of educational supports for capacity building of health care workers
