As the Senior Documentalist at HURIDOCS, I lead and support research initiatives and contribute to community discussions on practices, standards, and issues around human rights documentation.Internally, I enhance our documentation, archiving, information organization, and knowledge management practices through expert intervention and capacity-building support. I promote knowledge sharing within the organization, while preserving and increasing access to HURIDOCS’ institutional memory. I am part of Development and Communications Team where I play a supportive and collaborative role. Through my work, I ensure the Programmes Team receives sound documentation services and the Tech team carries out appropriate tool development for the human rights documentation field.

-Led the organization’s research initiatives around the development of technologies and methodologies in support of human rights documentation-Supported and bridged the organization’s programs/projects team and technology /software development team on matters regarding information management, data modelling, and documentation-Wrote grants and raised funds in support of the organization’s research and development initiatives-Handled internal knowledge and records management matters of the organization -Provided consulting and capacity-building services to partners on matters pertaining to archiving, digitization, and records management

-Led the organization's portfolio and strategic engagements across Asia and the Pacific-Managed the organization's projects, engagements, and partnerships with organisations across the region who are working on documenting and/or investigating human rights violations-Built the organization's Asia Pacific Team wherein I supervised and supported a team of Programme Officers and external consultants working on these designated projects-Developed and conducted capacity-building mechanisms around documentation and information management
