DSTA STREAM Project Management System, Functional Lead - Served as the main point of contact for managing all key stakeholders, including the DSTA PMT team of 3, 15 Director-level Product Owner and Business Process Owners, and the 4-member DSTA UI-UX team.- Served as the primary liaison between the 2-member functional team, 9-member development team, and 2-member QA team, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.- Functioned as the central knowledge resource for all the business requirements and functional aspects of the application, acting as the capacity of the internal project product owner. - Conducted multiple requirements gathering workshops with various users, transforming raw business needs into structured User Stories and further documenting them into functional specifications and user manuals.- Independently managed all project processes as the sole Business Analyst for 8 months out of this 2-year project, successfully leading the team to deliver Release 1 on time, with Release 2 progressing on schedule.- Assumed the additional role of UI Quality Analyst Tester at the conclusion of Release 1, ensuring the application's UI/UX deliverables met high-quality standards and client expectations. Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Singapore Portal - Analysed impact of enhancement requests, engaged business users to collect requirements and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs.- Prepared the documentation of business requirements, cost and effort estimates, and functional specifications.- Collaborated with a development team of 3 in Myanmar and 4 in India, along with a QA team of 4 in India, to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of proposed solutions.- Supported QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes by validating test plans and supervising execution.- Evaluated and implemented approximately 8 Change Requests, amounting to a total value of around $150,000.

DSTA-MINDEF ESIS Data Migration, Functional Lead - Oversaw and planned the migration efforts from 3 old systems to the current Enterprise Safety Information System for more than 14 report types, totaling more than 21,000 records so far.- Assessed the data given and mapping of fields, and later facilitated workshops with business process owners from 3 different services to affirm the mapping and additional data transformation requirements.- Led a team of 4 (Jan 22 to Apr 22) and 6 developers (May 22 to Jul 22) to create the scripts in Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft Visual Studio.- Conducted testing after the completion of each script and conveyed any fixes needed to the team. - Supervised more than 10 migration exercises and supported the UATs after.DSTA-MINDEF ESIS Phase 4, Business Analyst- Conducted workshops for business users from 4 services to collect and define requirements for this phase.

MINDEF E-HR, Functional Analyst- Communicated with business process owners to assess existing business process and technical capabilities, and defining requirements, which involves the SAP Human Resource/ Human Capital Management ERP system.- Drove 15 end-to-end implementation of Change Requests driving the application design, configuration, testing and deployment to meet business process and application requirements, which totals about $1,400,000 thus far. - Conducted about 30 Impact Assessments which amounts up to about $1,200,000.- Provide production support, which includes batch job scheduling, the investigation of system problems (about 200 tickets), liaising with the development team, testing, and addressing the enquiries and issues of business users.Technology Analyst Program Communications Team, Team Lead- Lead for the Talent Advancement Program Communications Instagram team. Assisted in the posting of dozens of graphic materials for several parties on Instagram, and designed some media promotional materials.Inclusivity and Diversity (I&D) Humans of Tech, Team Lead- Lead for the the Inclusivity and Diversity (I&D) Humans of Tech team. Liaised with more than 6 groups of presenters to create marketing videos and graphic posters to be sent out in promotional emails to the Accenture community. - Part of the technical support team for several workshops.SAP Analyst Training School 2020, Organizer and Presenter- Collaborated with a 4-person team organizing and facilitating the first virtual session for the SAP Analyst Training (for Senior Analysts) that lasted for 3 days, for more than 30 participants from Malaysia and Indonesia. - Led and presented a session about SAP Intelligent Technologies – AI and Machine Learning.Sharing Session on SAP Intelligent Technologies, Organizer and Presenter- Researched, created the slide deck, and co-presented a virtual workshop called "SAP Leonardo Intelligent Technologies ML/AI" to more than 60 participants from the Accenture SAP DTE across the ASEAN region. It is an overview of the key Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence product offerings that SAP has, and walkthrough of 2 main products (SAP Data Intelligence and Conversional AI) and the business value they can bring.

- Spearheaded an exhibition project that aimed to showcase an O&G/mining industry use case using SAP Leonardo (now Intelligent Technologies) to potential clients. - Planned, pitched and built the project which uses SAP software, including its cloud, database and IoT functions, which is showcased in Accenture Innovation Hub. - In charge of liaising with several teams including a mobile development and database design team from the Indonesia branch and a web development team from the Philippines branch.

- In charge of a 38-member Student Government which duty is to serve the student community, handling administrative decisions that include budget allocation to CCAs, policy-making and organizing school-wide events.- Chair of the 24-member Student Association Council, which consist of elected student academic and CCA representatives that discuss and implement school-wide policies.
