Current• Manage and oversee a team of 22 members in supporting APAC IT network infrastructure across 11 countries with 23 branches • Projects management in 1. Centralized AWS Hosting for JTB's Websites2. Managing the implementation of SD-WAN across nine countries in APAC3. Enhancing productivity and security across 10 countries by standardizing cloud services with Azure, including SharePoint, Azure AD, Intune and virtual servers4. Deployed Teams phone for Smoother Communication and Collaboration, enabling Seamless Communication• Establishing and enforcing compliance with IT policies and guidelines regarding network security, data protection, handling of personally identifiable information, and software licensing strictly adhere to rigorous procedures and policies, which also encompass the use of generative AI technologies like ChatGPT• Overseeing the Data Centre/Server Room Operations in APAC• Integration of new business entities post-acquisition, encompassing migrations to Office 365, domain, and network when required• Workplace Expansion: New Offices, Relocations, and Renovations• Supporting IT internal audit activities within the branches across APAC to ensure adherence to internal control procedures• Monitoring the status of the IT ticketing system to ensure maintaining the smooth operation of IT services, improving user satisfaction, and meeting organizational objectives• Conduct Annual IT Budget Planning• Administering and overseeing the management of Azure servers for APAC• AD and Domain Services Administration• Ensuring compliance with IT security and operating system standards by keeping security software, firmware, and OS versions up to date• Develop, enhance, and operationalize the Disaster Recovery Plan and Incident Response Plan within the framework of the Company Business Continuity Plan• Regularly conduct cyber security awareness training and simulations for all users in APAC• Provide end users support and remote support for users in APAC
