I am strong leader who can clearly and concisely communicate goals, tasks and other organisational needs to my team in a collaborative manner. I respect my team members by encouraging them to offer ideas about decisions that affect them. I also help organise an action plan to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives more efficiently. Mostly as a team, we have clear convictions about what is right and wrong, and are respected for being genuine, principled, ethical and consistent. We have a strong sense of character, keep our promises, and communicate openly, honestly and directly with others.

Teaching children is a creative process. My primary teaching goals are to help young children use the classroom environment productively, interact with other children and adults, and see themselves as capable learners, who are developing the skills and understandings that will enable them to make sense of the world and to succeed in it. Throughout each day there are many opportunities for each child to make choices for themselves based on their unique desires, experiences, approaches, and needs. We have lots of fun, nurture their independence by allowing children to make choices, to recognize results, and to learn to be responsible for their own needs.
