CurrentPMO Analyst I worked on 2 major projects (1) Cyber Response Plans Project – project was mobilized to define strategies and run simulations for responding to cyber incidents (2) Cyber Target Operating Model project – project was mobilized to ensure clear processes were in place , we had the right people and tools to protect the organization from cyber attacks. Please see my roles and responsibilities below:• Defined & managed end-to-end PMO operations and teams by instilling processes, clear accountability, strong communication & transparency• Established effective governance & PMO protocols, implementing and managing the full suite of PMO process• Upheld constructive communication with major stakeholders and working closely with 3rd party suppliers to plan effectively• Ensured that SharePoint was regulated with all the essential documents.• Created and maintained project plans and portfolio plan on a page using MSP.• Daily resource management; ensured the adequate resources were available for contact volumes on all channels• Delivered clearly defined programme governance structures and procedures that operate effectively.• Facilitated the weekly status and issue resolution meeting. Embedded a culture of actively identifying, assessing and managing risks and issues• Consolidated material from project reports in order to produce an effective monthly review, producing weekly reports, RAG Status, KPI Production and Milestone Reporting.• Quality Assurance / Governance: Engaged in necessary quality assurance to ensure material submitted by the Project Mangers is to the correct standard• Aided senior leadership during executive decision-making process by delivering weekly Dashboard reports to identify process improvement or corrective action.
