Yala provides tools to enables businesses seamlessly manage their account receivables, payables and proccess global payouts. I led the team through the development of the accounts payables product, internal KYB and compliance tracker, and back office management system. At Yala I oversee a crossfunctional team of designers, programmers, QA analysts and storytellers, champion research, gather consumer feedback, document software requirments, manage the product backlog, analyze data to track key metrics.

• As a project management executive responsible for managing teams assigned to various projects, I increased productivity and shortened delivery timelines by at least 10% in the organization by introducing the agile project management framework for implementation on new projects.
