As an equity curriculum manager of the WFDF WSC I help advise, advocate for and promote women in sport to the WFDF board and publically. Furthermore I coordinate efforts to increase gender, equity and inclusion in Flying Disc Sports, especially in communities of diverse backgrounds, through creating surveys, toolkits, and coaching manuals for WFDF and other flying disc federations globally.

Supported our sector economists at the Competence Center for Economy, Jobs and rural Development through portfolio analyses, trend research & review of peer processes.
