Bringing together people and organizations to work on innovative projects that are mindful to human development and well-being is my main source of motivation at work. My 25 years of experience in the management of large projects also includes 10 years of executive management of a non-profit association. I experienced building many forms of collaboration for nearly 25 years mainly around large-scale event projects (organization of trade shows, conferences, workshops in service of various fields of activities (industries, catering, construction, education and skills…) as well as the development of a digital platforms (www.mondial-metiers.com). I thus mobilized my interest in teamwork and cooperative development and my skills in managing projects and structures, where involving a diversity of actors and partners is needed. For instance, dealing successfully for 10 years in service of the Skills Exhibition “Mondial des Métiers” (more than 100 000 visitors annually) where I felt very glad to be able to make use of both my technical and human competences in organizing and coordinating as well as animating networks and develop new partnerships. I liked using my interpersonal skills to build cooperation with both public and private authorities, small and big companies, professional organizations in various fields of activities at local, national and international levels. My experience includes building private and public funding, defining and leading a strategy with the Board, planning the organization of projects and work, coordinating cross-functional projects, managing permanent and temporary teams, contracting with service providers. International intercultural exchanges have always been part of my interest in life hence my liking, ability and experience in working in multilingual environments (French, English, German and Mandarin Chinese).
