Compile profiles and qualifying questions for market attraction.- Target Organization List: Collaborate with the project team to build a list, conduct thorough mapping, and identify potential candidates through primary and secondary research.- Candidate Qualification: Actively contact and evaluate candidates against key criteria, organizing interviews, assessments, and maintaining an updated candidate pipeline.- Candidate Communication: Ensure positive and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle, updating candidates regularly on their progress.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with onsite consultants, supporting weekly progress, visibility, and overcoming challenges to meet project requirements.- Talent Acquisition Team Support: Assist in hiring a Saudi National Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the sustainability of the function. - Learning & Development: Lead sessions to develop internal Talent Acquisition teams, becoming a super user to maximize tool outcomes.
