My main tasks are usually split between the creative conception followed by the direction and handling of the execution for projects. We specifically aim to combine the best out of principal work as well as the VFX-world.

- Order- and procurement-management for local users- Technical- and local-support lead for the support team based in Graz- Support responsibility for the Corporate environment in Graz- Communication, strategybuilding and securing for global IT policies- User training for office- and OS-applications on a local and global level- Special customized trainings for Windows, WebEx, microsoft office and many others- In depth training on regular bases via web-sessions and locally

- Coordinator of the operation team for the european servicedesk- Teamlead servicedesk europe- Global administration of mobilesystem approx. 10k users (iPhone, Android) - Lotus notes and domino administration- Local microsoft office and windows support - Direct application support of 200-400 people including VIP-area

- Local support of 150 people - Servicedesk for europe in coordination with the global servicedesk- Administration of remote-systems approx 10k users globally- Improvement of local-support systems (server, lan and other infrastructure) - Server-administration

- Implementation of control systems for heating, air conditioning and light control in numerous plants - Development of GUI Interfaces- Programming and development in SCADA- .Net programming- Projectmanagement of smaller plants
