Research in the department Real Estate:- Carry out publications and presentations on economics and real estate-specific topics- Statistical time series analyses as well as creation and validation of forecast models for real estate parameters (such as office rents)- strong exposure in working with external databases and data analysis- Identification of opportunities and risks in individual markets and submarkets
