As a PM Benedikt provided both technical and conceptual advice to several developments. As a link between client and planners he mediated the decision making process in order to define the highest planning aims and deliver sound advice of their financial and technical feasibility.PROJECTS:- WORKPLACE DEVELOPMENT, 30.000 m2 (tendering advisory, cost and time management)- WORKPLACE DEVELOPMENT. Renovation of 5.000 m² conventional office space into coworking areas. This includes: Feasibility studies, targeting workshops, elaboration of user models, structural survey.- CALL FOR COMPETITION. Development of tendering criteria for a master planning competition for the development of a new district in a major city of the metropolitan area of Berlin, Germany.- HOLIDAY PARK DEVELOPMENT (design consultancy and project management of the planning process).

Benedikt contributed to several workplace developments as a Freelancing Architectural Designer. (30h/week). This included BIM based design as well as researching, understanding and applying the regulations for workplaces in Germany.

Intership in Architecture. It was here, where Benedikt explored his passion for architecture and development.
