We then iterated over the following two years to optimize conversion (primarily focused on driving new reservations). Canvas was launched as a subsidiary of Ford post-acquisition of Breeze and was later acquired by Fair.com in the summer of 2019. For the full year prior to Breeze's acquisition by Ford, I was the first and only product manager, leading a team of four engineers and one designer to build Carmada, our flagship fleet management product.
