- Assistance to the MedWet Coordinator and other staff of the MedWet Secretariat in the development of Med Wet activities and the reinforcement of the MedWet network, with special emphasis on issues related to North African and Middle East national administrations, non-governmental organizations and other actors in these subregions.

Implementation of the MedWet’s mission to ensure and support the effective conservation of wetlands and the wise use of their resources, values and services.- Drafting of the concept and approval of a MAVA bridging project aiming to support core MedWet activities for 2014-2016.- Assistance to project activities in the frame of the MedWet networking and the Strategic Vision and Work Plan (NEREUS, Med-INA/MAVA project and WWF-Tunis/MAVA Ghar El Melh project).- MedWet networking and international cooperation (participation as Consulting Partner in GWP-Med, as End User of the PEGASO and GlobWetland II projects and Observer at the Union For the Mediterranean Water Directors meetings).- Organisation of MedWet/Com11 and assistance to the Ramsar COP10 MedWet related side events (Agadir Conclusions, Maghreb Wetlands, GlobWetland II).- Logistic, technical and scientific organization of the International Symposium of Agadir (management of 250-350 participants and 6 technical workshops, production of 3 short films). Editing and pending publication of the Symposium Proceedings.

- Re-organisation of the MedWet Secretariat- Organization of MedWet/Com10 in Corsica (adoption of the MedWet Strategic Vision and Work plan).- Cooperation with Corsica and development of Environmental Education material for young students (Role Playing Game). Pilot educational activities in Corsica and Greece (Aigina travel study and workshop) and replication of the RPG in Morocco. - Dialogue on Water Governance in the MENA region: contribution to the conclusions and dissemination of experiences.

- Policy formulation, fund raising and strategic assistance to MedWet projects. - Facilitation MedWet networking and international cooperation.- Coordination of the MedWet/InWEnt Local Dialogues on Water, Agriculture and Wetlands interaction in Mnasra sub-basin (Morocco), Korba Lagoons (Tunisia) and AlAzraq Oasis (Jordan).- Implementation of participatory consultations with involved stakeholders in each case study site, aiming to define local strategies of conservation and adapted development.- Production of a film on the Mnasra Water Dialogue presented at the National Workshop of Kenitra and Ramsar COP9 (Conference of the Parties) at Changwon, Korea.- Formulation, fund raising and implementation of project activities under the LIFE3 EU funded project: North African wetlands (Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia).- Coordination of the management plans elaboration (Reghaia, Algeria, Merja Zerga, Morocco and Sebkha Kelbia, Tunisia) and assistance to the Environmental Education Centre of Reghaia.- Conceptualisation, definition of institutional support and facilitation of the North African Wetlands Network.

- Assistance to the Government of Togo for its national shelter strategy formulation.- Odyssey Action Plan on tourism and culture in Tunisia- Evaluation of UNEP-MAP non-governmental partnership.

- Coordination of the socio-economic activities under Project MedWet2. - Definition of methodology and coordination of five teams of Consultants in the 5 countries- Publication of a synthesis report “ Mediterranean wetlands socio-economic aspects”b (5000 copies in English, French and Arabic).

- Sustainability in coastal zones, the impact of tourism on the societies of Morocco and Tunisia. European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions - Emergency program for provision of sites and services in urban centers.in Rwanda- Technical supervision of UNCHS projects in Kinshasa (drainage of the river Kalamu, waste treatment program, road rehabilitation, central market sanitation).

- Technical assistance to the Government of Mali: National shelter strategy formulation.- Consultation with all stakeholders involved in the shelter strategy: analysis of national needs and participatory elaboration of shelter indicators.- Organization of 2 national workshops.
