Appointed by Cognizant and subcontracted to Google to deliver training to their Enterprise Partners globally in Smartphone Fleet management to increase productivity and enable easy to use endpoint management with a strong focus on security. Work with the Android Academy team to build new learning paths. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and seminars throughout South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.Manage all logistical requirements (including; catering, event space allocation and security personnel to assist) to book, organize and deliver training sessions throughout the SE Asia region. Provide support at Partner led events. Attend “client days” and educate a wide audience on Android Enterprise.A key challenge was to provide targeted support and training to Google’s Enterprise partners to turn promote Google’s solutions as a secure and superior product and grow market share. I achieved this by:♦ Developing and delivering hundreds of training programs and sessions around the world. Tailored the programs to overcome language and cultural barrier and meet the needs of the audiences♦ Designed a Global ‘Sales Pitch’ so all trainers had a unified and consistent message when selling Android Enterprise across the globe. This included a demonstration presentation and configuration guide to speed up the demonstration process by building an automated configuration system for demo devices

Designed and Implemented an AirWatch (Workspace ONE) Solution for multiple Health Entities across NSW such as hospitals and ambulance services to deliver a consolidated state-wide Mobile Device Management Platform. Liaised with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of the Project; including Networks & Design, Directory & Messaging and Internal Security Teams during the design and implementation phase and subsequently, a separate transition to business as usual. Met with individual Health Entities across New South Wales to understand their unique needs and requirements and adapted the MDM Project to accommodate them where necessary.Achievements: ♦ Delivered a consolidated and secure platform across the state which improved service delivery and efficiencies 10 fold, and ultimately better outcomes for patients. By the end of my tenure, 85% of hospitals had started or were about to start the migration to the new platform including NSW Ambulance to be used as part of their dispatch service for their vehicles. The platform not only supported regular iOS and Android Enterprise but also Legacy versions of Android Management, MacOS and MS Windows devices.
