Oversight of Pressley Ridge Satellited Educational Programs embedded into Allegheny County School Districts. Supervisory to 31 employees who provide resources to district personnel for behavioral concerns of the Learner. Builds relationships with youth as a solution to prevent escalation of behaviors in the learning environment. Maintains a rapport with a student body as a means turning negative outcomes through good choices to build successful students.
