Zerova was spun-off from Phihong in September 2022 focusing on EV charger production, software development and aftersales services. It is a global top 10 player and operates in 40+ markets across Americas, EMEA and Asia. I served as the company's CFO since its inception.As Group CFO my responsibilities include:- Oversee day-to-day treasury, accounting, FP&A and financial reporting function- Drive financing and fundraising initiatives- Attract and retain top-tier international talent for finance function- Lead budgeting and analysis for capital investments- Manage relationships with major internal and external stakeholdersKey accomplishments:- Built and scaled finance team from scratch to 15 staff in less than 12 months across multiple locations- Digitized and automated processes by integrating solutions such as Concur with SAP- Implemented a global tax strategy and First Sale Rule to optimize tax structure in different jurisdictions - Designed a shared services program with Phihong to achieve cost efficiency and ensure a smooth transition- Rolled out global standards and processes to enhance internal controls and ensure delivery of high-quality, standardized work product
