Bestselling author, researcher, speaker. Dad x4. I'm an analyst and researcher covering HR/talent technology and trends. I help vendors understand their clients/prospects through advisory, custom research, and market insights. I have worked as an influencer and analyst for more than thirteen years with nine of those in an independent capacity. My research covers two areas: 1) the broad spectrum of technologies across talent, HR, and learning to understand differentiators, problems solved, and more. I talk with 300+ vendors a year and this research was fundamental to developing my books Artificial Intelligence for HR and Talent Scarcity2) trends and best practices within the employment world with regular published research on findings and insights. These studies have incorporated responses from tens of thousands of employers and nearly 20,000 workers in the last 10 years. Employers work with me to understand what technologies they should be considering within their HR tech stack and for recommendations and referrals to high-quality providers and partners. Solution providers work with me to understand buyer personas, competitive differentiators, and how to develop products that solve real problems. I'm an award-winning speaker, and I say that because it's less about me and more about the message that combines the education and inspiration that we all need. I've been speaking for ten-plus years and enjoy making complex topics easy to understand. Events include multiple SHRM Annual Conferences, ATD TechKnowledge, HR Technology Conferences, various vendor events, state-level SHRM events, international conferences, workshops, and more. I spent more than 10 years of my career volunteering at a local level to advance the HR profession and educate the HR professional, and I've worked since 2020 to bring HR Summer School and other educational events to the People professionals in the trenches. One of my big passions (other than family!) is supporting a feeding and educational ministry in San Pedro Las Huertas, Guatemala. I have had the pleasure and privilege of visiting and support financial literacy and career training for young adults graduating into the challenges of the real world. A portion of the proceeds from every event and project helps to support the ministry there.

Author: Artificial Intelligence For Hr: Use Ai To Support And Develop A Successful WorkforceKogan Page Dec 2018 - PresentLondon, GbWe keep hearing all about AI in our daily work, but what is it, why does it matter, and how can we use it to improve the workplace? In this groundbreaking research effort, Ben Eubanks shares insights for HR and business leaders on this newest technological advancement and its impact on recruiting, talent management, learning, and core HR. The book offers practical insights with no academic or technical "fluff." Bottom line: AI can help make work *more* human, not less. Publisher: Kogan Page (London)Book link: https://amzn.to/2XOXX5cReviews: "My hope was that this would be a solid overview of the available AI tech, whatever that might be. Ben goes beyond this, though, and dives into the different definitions of AI, how they are currently being leveraged, and areas in HR that are set up for massive change as these tools become more prevalent. He also introduces companies that are coming to market with these tools ready to deploy, and how they can pay for themselves in retention, reduced error rates and transactional efficiency. By presenting break down of different areas of HR and how they can each be impacted, the reader is allowed to focus on the core areas that matter most to them.""The author, Eubanks, does a remarkable job summarizing timely information of how AI technology is shaping... human resources. I found the case studies and research to be informative and well placed, while not being too exhaustive. Enough description and context was provided early on in the book to increase business acumen around artificial intelligence before diving into application of the technology. With the low unemployment market in today's environment, I appreciated the thought around talent acquisition and sourcing applications. With the focus of taking HR to a more strategic level in the business, the case for AI to solve more of the administration is compelling. Eubanks brings in a variety of timely and relevant topics that made an interesting read for HR professionals!" -
