Created a network of co-working spaces in fine dining restaurants that were only open after 5pm. Using this “asset light” model, we provided solo-preneurs, start ups, and large corporations a 3rd space to work that wasn’t a coffee shop, or the expense of a traditional co-working space to pop into around NYC.
