As Director of Privacy, Security and Compliance at ActiveProspect I direct, develop, implement, and maintain privacy and data protection policies and standard operating procedures for TCPA, GDPR, CCPA and other domestic and global privacy laws. Responsible for SOC2 controls monitoring and collaborating closely with the Business Operations, Data Product, DevOps and Engineering teams. Serve as Compliance Committee Chair responsible for monitoring, reporting, escalation and actioning key privacy, security and compliance remediations. Certified subject matter expert on data privacy laws/regulations (including TCPA, CCPA, and GDPR), privacy engineering product development, internal auditing, IT auditing and data security / data protection topics. Serve as liaison and line of review for legal data matters related to privacy, security and compliance. Perform and manage data mapping initiatives, records of processing activities and other internal data inventorying related privacy, security and compliance. Collaborate internationally with cross-functional teams to ensure business directions operate in alignment with data laws, regulations and contractual commitments. Oversee client / vendor due diligence response and risk management program. Provide employee training on privacy, information security and compliance related topics.
