Ben joined On Target in July 2010, and was instrumental in the development of Building Services within our Construction sector. In April 2012, he was promoted to Senior Consultant in the Electrical and Lighting team, having broken the all-time monthly billing record! Our 'start up specialist', in July 2012 Ben was tasked with helping create our Medical sector. Having played a part in establishing our Medical sector as a leading player, following his winning of the prized accolade of Performer of the Year for 2015, Ben has now been promoted to Managing Consultant and has been tasked with the responsibility of expanding our Business Solutions Team.Ben is definitely a recruiter with a difference.
