● Oversee and inspect the construction of water utility assets for quality assurance.● Conduct bacterial, pressure, and conductivity testing of new and refurbished water utility assets.● Locate and inspect the condition of existing water utility assets and determine if up to standard.● Fire hydrant flow testing.● Detect and locate leaks in the water system using leak noise correlators.● Also do a variety of other jobs whenever needed, such as cataloging measurements of new assets, meeting with contractors to discuss Water Service interests relevant to projects, assisting customers with questions and concerns, and others.
