My second role at Spectrum as the Senior Director of Mobile Product Performance is to operate as the General Manager of Mobile Product Operations ensuring operational efficiency and growth scalability. Legacy Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services (now CEVA Logistics) was a leading provider of wireless device lifecycle services delivering a strategic suite of end-to-end supply chain and customization solutions. I led a 123-person team across six key customer accounts and the call center with $70M+ of P&L accountability. My primary responsibility was to deliver value to our customers by executing on our operational commitments with a focus on improving communication and upselling additional services. A special focus was put on optimizing cost structures both internally and externally through process automation, enabler group centralization, and system integration. I implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM company-wide to track customer sales initiatives and sales velocity. I also coordinated a company-wide cross-selling sales approach for T-Mobile across all business units and sales initiatives. Additionally, I delivered $1.5M operational cost savings beyond plan in 2017 with a turnaround plan to deliver an incremental $2.0M to the bottom line in 2018.
