Ben has been providing Professional Quantity Surveying services for over 20 years and is currently a Director of Steele Wrobel. His experience has been gained on a range of projects throughout Australia and Overseas. This experience combined with senior management roles in previous companies has provided Ben with the skills necessary to accurately establish, manage and communicate project costs through the development process. Prior to joining Steele Wrobel Ben was based in Brisbane as a Director of an international practice responsible for the cost management division after previously holding branch management positions within Brisbane and Adelaide. His experience includes the establishment of total project budgets for a number of varied developments and providing full cost management services on a range of projects within the health, aviation, education, residential, retail, entertainment and public parks and infrastructure sectors for both Public and Private developers.In addition, Ben is a Director and Board member of the Brisbane Housing Company (BHC). BHC is a leader in providing affordable housing solutions within the Brisbane market and has developed and maintains in excess of 1000 residences, with total company assets in excess of $250 million dollars.Ben has also maintained an active role in the development of the quantity surveying profession having held positions on the Australian institute of Quantity Surveyors state committees for 9 years including the role of Queensland President for 2 years.
