- Handle lot summary issues such as hang-up and variance.- Perform Low Yield Verification.- Perform QA Fail Verification.- Continuity Verification if greater than limit.- Perform Setup Verification if not passing.- Perform data gathering/correlation for new product transfer including new test program and test hardware as per request by responsible Test Product Engineer.- Perform test board/load board debugging and repair.- Also performs product transfer qualification - Work hand-in-hand with Test Product Engineers.- As an MRB, I have the responsibility to execute and coordinate task regarding the disposition of any lot that does not conforms the normal process and specifications, this includes Low Yield, Process Integration, Maverick, QA reworks, wafer lots.-Perform calibration light source calibration and setup verification by doing MS run on OSL setup.OTHER SPECIFIC TASK:-Conduct TDI(Tester Data Interface) training for new employees-Conduct CT817 Qualification\Reject Verification at Hana Microelectronics, Thailand (February 2013)

Responsibility covers accomplishment of - Assure that every units are built base on the quality standards.- Provide information to team leaders for every quality issue that will affect the production.- Capable of operating paint shop production equipments.- Coordinates with manufacturing and other support groups for manufacturing priorities.- Monitors and feedback to immediate superior safety hazards in the area.
