Successes included the following:- Co-founded a renamed, more powerful new neighborhood association (Greater East San Carlos Neighborhood Association) to fight massive development planned across the street.- Recruited hundreds of new members- Spearheaded a referendum concept to force the reduction of developments threatening GESC neighborhood. Buildings were reduced from 55 feet to 35 feet (54% of original floor size and reduction of $40 million of costs). - Greater East San Carlos home values have dramatically increased during time period of leadership based on market factors and also new development stability. - Worked with City Staff and City Council of San Carlos to forge pragmatic agreements for key developments around the neighborhood.- Fought for and helped achieve a $10 million neighborhood improvement project: "Eastside Connect" that built new sidewalks, undergrounded electric utilities, planted trees and shrubbery, and repaved Old County Road. - Appeared in over 50 newspapers articles on San Carlos Transit Village in San Jose Mercury News, San Mateo Daily Journal, SF Examiner, San Mateo Daily News, and Palo Alto Daily Post. - Brought in key members to the GESC Board such as key researchers, decisionmakers, spokespeople, and Web designers.- Launched GESC onto Nextdoor.com neighborhood communications platform.

- Personally managed relationship with world-famous philanthropist Charles Annenberg, VP and Board of Trustee of Annenberg Foundation. - Served as last line of defense for Link TV multiple times by fundraising last-second infusions of cash to meet payroll. - Closed over $7 million dollars of donations during 11 years at Link TV. Assisted in another $2 million dollars raised.- Led Link's expansion to an additional 30 million homes on PEGMedia.org alongside Founder Robert Nichols and Catherine Day. - Fought for and successfully revolutionized Link's Website and online presence by recruiting superstar Web developers who transformed a moribund static site into one of the leading independent media video sites on the Web.

Early RZ facilitators I worked with included Nirav Tolia, PayPal founders, and Reid Hoffman, now famous Silicon Valley CEOs (and one of whom founded LinkedIn). - Served as first-draft writer for RZ's early Key Learnings.
