Anadarko basin exploration and exploitation including Granite Wash, Cleveland, Marmaton, Tonkawa, Douglas and Atoka tight sand, shale, and carbonaceous marls. East Texas and northern Gulf Coast exploration and exploitation including Pettet, Eaglebine, Taylor, James and Smackover (Brown Dense). Support of new ventures in acquisition evaluations and new basin entry.

Involved in geological and geophysical assessments of both unconventional and conventional resources of San Juan CBM/Lewis/Dakota, Pinedale Lance, Green River Lewis/Almond, Uinta-Piceance Mesa Verde, DJ and Sand Wash Niobrara, Southern Alberta/NW Montana Bakken, Sacramento Valley Cretaceous tight gas, San Joaquin oil.

Geoscience development of Sacramento, San Joaquin, Green River, DJ, San Juan, Overthrust, GOM, and Gulf Coast projects including CBM, Niobrara shallow gas, Martinez and Capay tight gas, sub-salt and deep water plays. Managed lease sales and constructed company geological database, and introduced computer applications for geology.

Field studies and support in establishing exploration potential and resource assessments of play extensions, and training of USGS geologists in sub-surface mapping and petroleum geology. Awarded Certificate Of Service for contributions.
