Specialized in STP processes from front office to back office system of Capital market products from MM, FX, securities to derivatives such as IRS/CIRS, credit derivatives and OTC options and futures. Products cover primarily on Operational risk, Market risk, Liquidity risk and Credit risk. Specialized in supporting implementation consultancy, upgrades, workarounds and production support through our major clients such as Maybank and Deutsche bank. Fixing go-live issues and showstoppers on a timely basis with client recognitions from project managers and directors.

Spearheaded the project design of automation of dealings in SG Private Bank. Initially front office had been using manual ticketing to book Asia Pacific trades and validation from front office to Investment desk, Compliance, Credit risk and then to Back office. User errors and signature were all over along the departments and paper tickets were lost often and operations had to rebook. Started from gathering user requirements, documentation, vendor’s selection, followed by implementation of Workflow design. Coordination between internal stakeholders, users, infrastructure, vendors and underwent SDLC including SIT, UAT, production rollout and post implementation support

Implemented an e-Commerce B2B SDLC involving in financial transactions. Also launched security authentication and hashing using key servers. Successfully launched OUB One MasterCard which allows consumers to redeem cash rewards against credit card bill and Unit Trust Funds which allow electronic channels to obtain latest Unit Trust Funds’ prices.
