I have extensive knowledge within client services and administrative roles as well as over a decade’s worth of journalism, social media and broadcasting experience. Having gained experience within customer service roles, I have developed excellent communication skills with the ability to work successfully both individually and within a team. I see myself as a confident and upbeat person which has helped me with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels. For the past for years I have concentrated on admin based positions, more recently working within the data analysis sectors. With this I have gained good knowledge on Microsoft products, especially Excel which has given me confidence in the building and deliverance of business reporting. Being part of small team in my recent positions has meant I am often left to my own devices which has lead to an understanding in stakeholder management. I have been able to take charge and make key decisions in both internal and external projects.In my spare time, I write and edit for local music websites, concentrating on release reviews. I currently volunteer at my local radio station in Northwich and edit and present my own online radio show ‘Another Wave’. I have a musical project ‘Peaks’ which I manage myself, producing all aspects of release campaigns including recording, design and promotion as well as managing all social media platforms.
