This involved overseeing our two internal wineries with a combined crushing capacity of 75,000 tonnes, as well as our contract processor (~60,000 tonnes) relationships across Australia. A key focus was on wine quality management, operational efficiency and commercial contract management. - Overseeing the R&D, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Sustainability (quality, safety and environment) and Systems Development departments. These departments supported the operations in the key elements of capital expenditure project management, continuous improvement implementation, sustainability systems integration and IT systems development respectively.
