I am currently in college for Business and Digital Marketing Management; I have over 10 years of Customer Service Experience in work situations. With my work experience I have demonstrated leadership qualities that proved successful and because of that was promoted to supervisor/management positions. I prefer to lead by example so I can motivate my co-workers to do the same and create a positive work environment.
