Building a mechanical stretching device to analyze the impact of humidity on skin stretching behavior. Investigating transepidermal water loss (TEWL) to measure water evaporation through the skin barrier and understand its role in skin permeability. Performing stress relaxation and creep tests to evaluate the elasticity and resilience of skin under various environmental conditions. Providing insights into how humidity affects skin’s structural integrity, which can guide the design of optimized transdermal drug delivery systems. Aiming to improve drug absorption and controlled release rates in treatments requiring precise dosing, advancing transdermal technology adaptable to diverse humidity levels.

Assessed chemical stability of nanoscale libraries through SAR analysis and combinatorial chemistry, synthesized/purified compounds targeting specific cancer mutations, contributing to groundbreaking cancer treatment research. Conducted three pilot experiments with different types of chemical reactions and monitored product stability using UV254 measurements via LCMS and RapidFire 400 high-throughput mass spectrometry. Managed large datasets from 672 reactions with Virscidian and GraphPad Prism software, ensuring robust conclusions and supporting synthesis/purification processes with CombiFlash and rotary evaporator.
