Handles all correspondence for the commander (awards, decorations, performance reports, promotion recommendation forms, civilian reviews) while supervising one Korean civilian secretary and one enlisted administrative specialist. Manages the commander's calendar and works extended hours since the group commander or deputy must be present during all hours of flight operations, which often extend from 0900 until 2400. Serves as de facto sounding board for squadron commanders interacting with the group commander, works closely with sister group executive officers to facilitate interaction and support between organizations.
