About Ben Groot
I am an attorney, admitted to practice in South Africa in 2002. I love working in the law, and specialise in commercial law, being drafting of contracts, commercial landlord and tenant litigation, and arbitrations. I am an approved arbitrator on the panel of AFSA, and also a Small Claims Court Commissioner. I am passionate about entrepreneurship and business management: I started my own law firm in 2009, and has since expanded it to Namibia and Gauteng, and am currently involved in another start-up in the legal sphere, called Lexa. I also started Springwêreld - a business renting out jumping castles, with my two primary school sons - to teach them about entrepreneurship, business and the value of money.
