Oticon Medical. After the sale of Otorix to Oticon, Oticon Medical was formed. Track record: Sales started in 2009 and now we were now the fastest growing hearing implant company in the world. We had about 500 employees and a turnover of about 60 million US $. We sold both cochlear implants and bone anchored implant systems. My role: • I was responsible for system core technology development of implanted bone conductor transducer (vibrator) systems. Otorix was a startup. The business idea was to develop and sell scull implanted bone anchored sound processors.Track record: When I started we were four people. After one year the company/technology was sold to Oticon which is the second largest hearing aid company in the world. Oticon Medical was then formed.Role: I was responsible for system core technology development of the bone conductor transducer (vibrator) , the sound processor and the implanted sound transmission line.

Kid Cards Interactive was a startup. The business idea to sell and license a smart card based wireless game console for kids. Track record: I was one of the founders of the company. We sold in one year over 20000 game consoles in Sweden and had a TV program show called “Tims world” to marketing it. The show was Channel 3´s most popular kids TV show in Sweden.Role: I was the inventor of the idea and also responsible for creating IP rights. Fingerprint Cards was a startup The business idea was to sell licenses and products based on fingerprint sensor technology. We made the first fingerprint based mobile phone (model 888) for the Swedish mobile telephone company Ericsson in 1999. Track record: When I started we were three people and I was made a part owner. The company was a start-up. Now the company is worth 2 billion US $ and sells about 1 million sensors/day. Role: I was responsible for hardware technology development of capacitive fingerprint sensors, creating IP rights. Startup company: The business idea was to sell licenses on our patented new non-impact printing technology. We sold IP licenses to the following companies: Matsushita, Panasonic, Ricoh, Kyocera, Sharp, NEC and Epson. Track record: When I started we were four people and I was made a part owner. The company was a start-up. When I left the company it was listed on the Swedish stock exchange worth 400 million US $.
