I am very interested in taking my management and formulation skills further in the area of pharmaceutical research.For more than 20 years I have worked as a formulation scientist. Dosage forms such as capsules, suppositories, semisolids and parenterals to be used in pre-clinical as well as Phase I, II and III clinical trials were my main topic of work in the beginning.In addition with my work as a formulation scientist I started in 2004 to work as a project manager for formultion research projects at APL handling the Chemistry, Manufacture and Control (CMC) part. I have worked in projects all the way from Phase I to the part of getting an application approved in both the EU and the US. In my work as a project manager, I have compiled quotations, time lines and have had daily contact and meetings with the project group and the external clients. I have taken part in FDA inspections as project representative, compiled CMC documentation for clinical trial applications and have had contact with the CROs performing the clinical part of the studies. Also I have performed cost and performance follow-ups on the projects and reviewed agreements between APL and the clients.As a formulation scientist I have compiled stability study protocols and reports, formulations development protocols and reports as well as performed pre-formulation and formulation work.Specialties: Pharmaceutical Research Project Management, Pediatric Formulations, CMC, Drug Development, Technology Transfer
