Nowadays I´m mainly working as a Chairman or Board Member at several companies in different industry sectors. The companies operates in the arias of technical innovation in "green business", optical fiber, construction, B2B, M2M and retail. As a chairman / board member, I have experience from more than 25 companies in 9 different countries. In addition to my commitment in different boards, I also do assignment for companies, who want to grow there business into other countries, start up new sales company, enter into a joint venture, build an efficient business model and organization or start up a purchasing company in Asia. This is example of arias, where my long experience from operational leadership can be helpful. My background and experience from operational leadership is 13 years as a CEO, 6 years as MD and 5 years as Sales and Marketing director. Main markets has been the Nordic arias, Baltic, Poland and China. I´m use to work in a high tempo under pressure, with many contacts and in different cultures.
