After Standard Industries first had acquired Icopal and one year later, Monier Roofing, I was appointed the new common Country Manager/Managing Director for the companies with the main taget to integrate the entities to BMI Sweden. This included the integration of the organisations, product portfolios, a new route-to-market strategy and also the move to one country HQ.

Continued the expansion of the customer network "Team Icopal" that was, by far, the market leader in flat roofing in the Swedish market. Initiated and led the introduction of a second brand towards one of our two segments in order to stronger penetrate the market. This lead to an total increase of market shares from 25 to 30 % within this segment, without hurting customer loyalty or margins.
