With great support from the board and municipality directors, we established and started the first shared service center of its kind!Soltak AB, with its approximately 100 employees, and a turn around of approx 180 MSEK, offers the owner municipalities coordinated and standardized processes and systems for managing back office functions such as IT operations and support, payroll administration and financial administration. The company handles salaries for more than 10,000 municipal employees, fees and remuneration for hourly employees, elected representatives and more. The company handles and pays more than 10,000 supplier invoices per month for the cooperating municipalities. By centralization of resources and standardization of technology and solutions, the member municipalities will achieve secured and higher service levels and lower total costs for these services. As said, SOLTAK AB is the first municipality owned shared service center of its kind. I hope that SOLTAK AB can attracts more municipalities and provide additional services, like purchasing! -

This department was resposible for all technical documentation, translation, duplication, printing, CD production and global distribution of all efter market documentation for Volvo Cars.
