Project coordinator at the Archipelago Foundation in Stockholm County to conduct a pilot study on the assignment of ESF for creation of jobs within the green sector.

Coordinated the national agency cooperation for the Swedish Employment Services with five other agencies in the field of entrepreneurship. The assignment also included to developing possibilities for micro financing for start ups as well as support for women with international background who was interested in starting their own business. I also participated in transnational cooperation within the program Inclusive Europe.

Established the department on assignment from the Swedish Employment Services directing board. The goal was to develop contacts and relations with large enterprises. I was managing the department and had 7 key account managers to develop services to better meet the employment need of big businesses. At the same time I managed a EU financed technical assistance program in Vietnam to establish a regional labour forecasting strategy.
