I have a long experience from the IT industry and a deep technical knowledge, resulting in a good ability to work in new complex contexts. Today I work as a consultant in roles like Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Project Manager or as a Business Consultant.The last years have been dedicated to understand how to make organizations more efficient by introducing Agile methodologies, like Scrum, Lean or Kanban. My goal is to create efficient teams that development of modern IT solutions, using technologies such as Java, .NET, Web and Mobile.I have also an extensive competence in complex selling of software, hardware and services to large organizations. Successfully building long-term relations at all levels of the customer. I am a person with a large interest in understanding and solving the customers’ challenges.
