Tradesoft systems are used in 50 percent of Borsa Istanbul trading volume. The project management office is responsible for the management of finance and capital market implementation projects.o Zenia : Zenia provides software solutions to chain organizations in the restaurant industry. Among the brands it offers solutions are brands such as Burger King, Popeyes, Arbys, Usta Dönerci, Usta Pideci, Sbarro and Subway belonging to TAB Gıda (within ATA Holding). The project management office is responsible for all investment and customer project management of online delivery and pos systems.o ATP Digital : Apart from capital markets, financial and restaurant systems, it is a brand that develops products according to the needs of customers and implements them to customers. PMO has accounting,purchasing,audit systems, HR systems,ERP and CRM system projects in its portfolio.o Being responsible for the management of Company Transformation and General Management Projects and reporting to the senior management.

Responsabilities in IT Governance Unit: o Coordination of IT Governance team o Implementation of new IT processes and improvement of current IT processes. o Controlling, auditing/reporting IT processes o Implementation and execution of Methodology(which includes functional/technical analysis documentation & test cases process) o Implementation and construction of new Demand Management and Analysis Process o Provide training of demand & project module of Clarity tool in whole company and IT areas o Establishment of Project Management Office and its all processes o Implementation of ITSM tool in the company for incident management and infrastructure change management o Defining IT Governance policies & procedures based on COBIT & ITIL framework o Following/reporting IT KPIs o Representing IT in IT audits and following IT audit process o Management of IT Economic Control & Budget and Reporting to Senior Management o IT Risk Management : Identification of IT related risks & follow up corrective actions o Vendor Process Management o Responsible of Test management process o Enterprise Information ManagementResponsabilities in PMO: o Coordination/Management of Project Management Office o Being in coordination with Global PMO in Spain and reporting the projects to the global team periodically o Working as a key person in the establishment of PMO and implementation of Project Management Methodology&Process o Management of all Project Portfolio of the company which includes IT & all business projects o Being in coordination and communication with all business areas for the planification and management of business projects o Provide reporting to Senior Management and Stakeholders o Management of Transformation Program of Mapfre Genel o Management of Project Master Plan o Management of Strategic Plan(Initiative) of the company & reporting o Monitoring & setting PMO KPIs for reporting o Coaching, training and supporting project managers

Configuration Management (Software): o Management of IT environments and their configurations o Identification of configuration management plans o Auditing compliance and consistency of activities in IT Projects with the configuration plan o Deployments between environments with high quality according to the configuration plan o Controlling and performing of Configuration Management Library o Following the approval process of the demands and auditing project delivery to users o Providing access and backup procedures related to environments, to other units of ITBusiness Solutions:Management of business solutions team and the collaborating external resources o Analysis of the document management process for main operational departments. o Analysis of the document management system based on the analyzed business workflow o Design/Development of the tool o Preparation of the test cases and management of the test process of the developments o Building Scanning Office in HQ and regional offices o Training of Document Management tool and process in whole company** Supporting Mapfre Malta for the Analysis & Implementation of Core System in Malta (in 2014)

o Technical Analysis and Development of Genel Sigorta insurance applications in Java and PL/SQL. o Functional Analysis of Genel Sigorta Insurance applications and test case preparation.o Participating to Integration to Spain core system Project and make necessary developments and analysis.o Supporting Spain core team about changes in Core system, by having several visits to Spain. o Having experience in Web Application Development & Designing.
