What makes me take the stairs two at a time?.....Helping people improve at just about anything they want to improve on!I have been passionate about Business Development, Organizational Health and Leadership for many years. Learning, sharing, and using many of the tools and modalities I have discovered. (Substitute business for team, non-profit, etc)And at the core of it all are People, Purpose, Passion and Process.I’m an avid student of the world around me, particularly people, studying why and how things work the way they do. I am a strong believer in constant self-education through books, blogs, podcasts, seminars, conferences, coaching, mentorship and self-reflection.With 25+ years of work experience in a variety of fields from retail, to B2G (business to government) primarily in sales and sales management roles. I am fortunate enough to have the work and life experiences to help others (teams or individuals) get where they want to go in a kind and direct way.Over the years I have learned to embrace my strengths (reading and connecting with people, discerning and pattern recognition, and being able to simplifying seemingly complex situations)and pushing to develop in areas which are less natural (asking scary or difficult questions, speaking the hard truth / address the elephant in the room, or addressing conflict)My core values I strive to live by are - be Realistic, have Enthusiasm, focus on Strengths, always be Learning, be Expressive (joy/frustration), be Conscientious, value Teamwork, have Integrity (Tell the whole truth), and be Respectful.
