Noticing a lack of accessible bike service in the Marion-Mattapoisett-Rochester area, Ben the Bike Guy launched to offer mobile bike repairs to residents. Featuring at-home service, I aimed to solve the difficulty of bike repair for the average household: getting your bike to the shop. Since inception, clients have doubled and the response has been overwhelming. Initially offering only simple services, I've expanded to offer full-scale bike shop service in a flexible format and carved out a market in a time where bike shops are overwhelmed and their service lead times are weeks, not days.
