Short secondment to assist in the implementation of a quality management systems within the state, with the aim of improving services to clients. Assisted in the development of systems and procedures to ensure that Life Without Barriers is compliant with relevant legislation and standards. This included the roll out of Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF) across the state, ensuring office locations are audited and have implemented new systems.

Various roles within Life Without Barriers, the most recent being within the specialist Transition Team focusing on the development of successful transition strategies for young people placed in state foster care. The program requires creating and maintaining strong community partnerships, with not only government but also non-government organisations. I am also currently a Local Administrator and Super User for LWB's CIRTS System, which is the national Client Information Reporting and Tracking System.Previous roles have included overseeing Logan regions Supported Independent Living Service [SILS] as well as Project Development Officer.

Facilitated Training both locally and nationally to one of Australia's largest volunteer welfare organisations. I have helped develop and deliver countless seminars to a variety of schools both state and private across greater Brisbane. I have managed and coordinated volunteers involved with Schoolies Gold Coast celebration as well as working on Emergency Response and Referral teams at Schoolies. I have had to work alongside and in collaboration with Governmental and Non-Governmental Organisations.

Educated Universities, Religious Institutions and the broader public around global issues whilst focusing and targeting the issue of Human Trafficking. Worked alongside other International Non-Government Organisation in developing and facilitating community based training across a variety of different people groups.

Actively involved in the set up and direction of this relatively new NGO. My role was to establish a youth service arm of the organisation allowing me to research and develop the scope and direction it would take. Due to being a relatively small community based organisation it was decided that an outdoor/alternative niche approach would be best fit. The target was breakfast clubs, and emotional development and resilience based programs for the behaviourally challenged intended for primary schools. For high schools I was instrumental in developing purposeful and targeted outdoor recreational programs to which aimed to address complex behaviours.

Case manage the care of young people with high complex needs placed within state foster care. Coordinate an approach agreed upon through stakeholders from government and non-government organisations. Coordinate and manage all residential properties in use through Twin Rivers Care.
