OPRA was started in 1997 in New Zealand to provide organisations and individuals to effective psychological services that enable excellence in both business and in people. As General Manager, I was responsible for establishing the Australia business which grew from 1 employee to 6 national offices. With more than 50 years experience, Rarekind (formerly Forsythes) provides services in Accounting, Assurance & Risk, Financial Planning, Forensic Accounting, Information Technology, Recruitment, and Training to a NSW client-base.I had dual roles including leading a start-up organisational psychology business and an Executive Search Recruitment function. Key achievements:- Developed a range of assessment and selection solutions, along with executive coaching programs - Generated individual sales of up to $600,000 pa- Employee of the year from 150 staff

TRANSEARCH is a leading global retained executive search company with representation in all the major economic capitals of the world with about 60 offices in over 35 countries. TRANSEARCH International was founded in 1982 and is today one of the largest growing global retained executive search organisations in the world. I was responsible for leading key executive search assignments across Asia for various multinational companies, including Ford. I also led candidate profiling assignments and training services.
