Responsible for the oversight of all executive benefit and nonqualified deferred compensation endeavors in the mid-Atlantic and northeastern regions. Consistent high-level performance throughout tenure, resulting in ever-increasing leadership capacity & territory expansion / oversight.

Responsible for establishing relationships & driving sales of individual insurance product in the newly established & high-profile M Group distribution channel within the organization.
